I have always been into sports and keeping fit. A few years ago, I tore my meniscus. I had to give up my running 8-10K a few times a week. Soon after in 2019, our family return to Hong Kong. I was reintroduced to Yoga and after a couple of months, I saw its benefits. I completed YTT200 in 2023 and recently in 2024 YTATT300. I hope to be able to share my newfound knowledge and benefits of Yoga with the community whenever possible and needed.
