My yoga journey began in 2019 while traveling in Bali. Initially, I practiced on and off, but two years later, it became a true sanctuary when I felt emotionally overwhelmed and sought refuge from the chaos. On the mat, I discovered not just shelter but an entrance to inner wisdom. I learned to listen to my body with compassion, transforming my overwhelm into a pathway for healing. This personal transformation ignited a deep dedication to the practice, and I am now committed to sharing the love and grounding power of yoga, hoping to help others find their own anchor and peace.
