About this Project:
About this project:
Caritas – Hong Kong is a well-established NGO providing relief and rehabilitation services to various sectors of the local community. Their services include social work, education, medical care, community development, and hospitality. While affirming the necessity of aiding those in need, Caritas aims to empower individuals to develop themselves and overcome life’s challenges.
In partnership with Caritas, AYC is excited to offer a series of accessible yoga sessions specifically designed for parents of children with special needs. We aim to provide a supportive environment where parents can practice yoga, find peace, and connect with others who share similar experiences. We believe that yoga can be a vital tool for wellness and resilience.
