About this Project:

AYC is pleased to announce its Self-funded health and wellness program tailored for those who fall within the low-income bracket, with a monthly income of HKD 5000 and below.

These self-funded programs aim to provide our health and wellness programs in a more sustainable manner, addressing the challenges faced by our outdoor public venue sessions due to weather and other environmental factors.

This initiative has long been requested by AYC students who aspire to join our program in a dedicated professional yoga setup, allowing them to regularly enjoy the benefits of yoga, mindfulness therapy programs, similar to how we offer it for our other yoga therapy projects.

This new project will kick off from 29 Sep 2024 with a trial phase lasting two months, and based on the feedback received, we plan to extend the programs to additional locations.

Experienced AYC volunteers, each with a minimum of one year of volunteering with AYC, will lead the sessions. Participants will contribute HKD 80 per class for these self-funded programs, with each class accommodating a maximum of 25 individuals.
