The class started with neck stretching and some breathing exercises to stimulate the thyroid gland and to warm up the body and improve circulation, followed by full body warm up, arms rotations, cat cow stretches and one leg cat pose variation which was a good warm up and strengthening pose as well. Class continued with a chair pose, warrior 2 and trikonasana and some gate pose variations, pigeon pose and table top with a block in between the thighs. Ladies were really energised by the class today.
