Today’s class was excellent. Tanny taught a very comprehensive class starting with students sitting down and mostly upper body stretching and moved on to standing, and finally supine poses. A great combination of flexibility and strengthening ( core, hip flexors, back, lower body). I can see students have been practicing regularly as they could complete all poses quite well. Well done Tanny and all the hard- working students! A real pleasure to assist and see everyone’s improvement! 🙏🙏
