Excellent. Ania started with neck and breathing exercises and upper back and some calf and lower body warm- up and overall strengthening. Fiona led a balanced class with both strengthening, stretching and ending with some simple twisting at the end. Students have been coming regularly so can do most poses well and we can try to add a bit more modifications for strength. Just need to remember to warm- up more ahead of time as the weather is cooler these days. Great energy and students ended with good spirits.
