The class was started with breathing and body awareness, and gentle warm ups; followed by some balancing postures to improve concentration and twisting postures to maintain spinal health. Ended with a relaxation.
A few of them were not able to follow at the beginning, but with encouragement, they went back into the pose. I can see their effort in trying and their happy faces end of the class 🙂
