About this Project:

AYC is excited to collaborate with HKYWCA Lung Hang Nursery School to offer a special parent-child yoga class. This initiative aims to strengthen the bond between parents and their children while introducing the numerous benefits of yoga to young families.

This project focuses on children aged 3-6 years and their parents, promoting a holistic approach to well-being that encompasses physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development.
