We regret to inform you that, due to the current unstable weather conditions and the typhoon forecast issued by the Hong Kong Observatory, the following AYC classes scheduled for September 23 - 25 have been canceled:
2. Yoga Class for Parents of Children with Special Needs at Caritas Community Centre - Tsuen Wan
3. Relaxing Yoga Sessions for Parents with Caritas Jockey Club Integrated Service for Young People (Tuen Mun)
4. Yoga Class for Subdivided Flat Households at Caritas Jockey Club Kwun Tong Community Hub
5. Yoga for Breast Cancer Survivors - Wednesdays
6. AYC Discovery Bay - Wednesdays
7. Yoga Class for Stroke Patients at Hong Kong Buddhist Hospital

Regarding the AYC project on September 23:
The class at Tai Kok Tsui Integrated Services Centre, Hong Kong on 23 September is still scheduled to proceed. However, please note that if the Red or Black Rainstorm Warning or a Typhoon Signal No. 8 is issued at 8:30 AM, the class will be automatically canceled.

Important Update for project observation - The Yoga Class for Subdivided Flat Households at Caritas Jockey Club Kwun Tong Community Hub

We have been informed by Caritas Jockey Club Kwun Tong Community Hub about the arrangements for The Yoga Class for Subdivided Flat Households:
- Class 1 from 7:30 to 8:30 PM is canceled.
- Class 2 from 8:40 to 9:40 PM is still scheduled to proceed.
Please let us know if you will remain for observation. If not, kindly cancel your class in the student portal. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. The safety and well-being of our community are our highest priorities.

1. Therapy for Pain Relief (Self-Funded Yoga Program)
2. Yoga Class for the Elderly with Po Leung Kok Chu Lee Yuet Wah Day Care Centre
3. Yoga Class for Parents of Children with Special Needs at Caritas Community Centre - Tsuen Wan
4. Yoga Class for Caregivers with the Social Welfare Department Tsing Yi (South) Integrated Family Service Centre
Regarding tonight's AYC project:
The Yoga Class for Subdivided Flat Households at Caritas Jockey Club Kwun Tong Community Hub is still scheduled to proceed. However, please note that if the Black Rainstorm Warning is still in effect at 5:40 PM, the class will be automatically canceled.
