About this Project:
We are excited to be invited to launch a new initiative in collaboration with the Patient Resource Center of Hong Kong Buddhist Hospital.
This sound therapy session aims to be the first step in providing physical relief and reducing stress for patients who have been enduring illness for a long time. Our focus will be on sound therapy techniques, known for their ability to promote deep relaxation and emotional release. Through soothing sounds and guided mindfulness, participants will experience a calming environment that encourages healing and emotional balance. By enhancing emotional well-being, we hope to foster greater self-confidence and hope in their recovery journey, reminding them of the immense potential within their bodies and minds.

這次身心大休息-聲療體驗旨在為長期承受病痛壓力的患者提供身體的舒緩和心靈上的減壓。我們將專注於聲音療法技術，此類技術以促進深度放鬆和情緒釋放而聞名。透過舒緩的聲音和引導的正念，參與者將體驗到一個平靜的環境，鼓勵療癒和情緒平衡。通過增強情緒健康，我們希望提升他們的自信心，並在康復的旅程中帶來希望，讓他們意識到身心內部仍然擁有巨大的潛力。
